Where are we based?
- Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia
When will my order be dispatched
- If your order is placed before 1pm, your order will be processed and dispatched on the same day
Will I receive a tracking number?
- Yes, you will receive your tracking details via email when your order is dispatched. Please check your spam or promotions folder as this automated email can sometimes end up there.
Do you ship internationally?
- We sure do! All Podiatry instruments can be shipped internationally. Unfortunately bulky items (such as clinical furniture) are unable to be shipped internationally.
What does shipping cost?
- Orders over $75 – Free Express shipping
- Orders under $75 – $12 Express shipping
- Furniture items – Please contact us for an accurate quote.
- Orders over $75 – Free Standard Shipping (Express = $20 extra)
- Orders under $75 – $20 standard shipping (Express not available)

What are the freight costs for furniture items?
- We will only charge freight at the cost of our transport partner. Please contact us for a quick and accurate quote.
What currency are your prices displayed in?
Do your prices exclude GST?
- Yes – Generally we retail business to business. For the convenience of our business customers, prices are displayed excluding GST.
