Podiatry Instrument Warranty
Faulty Items / Warranty – LuxeMED Podiatry Instruments offers a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty on all Podiatry Instruments we supply. In the extremely unlikely event that you’re experiencing a problem with a LuxeMED product, please contact our friendly customer service team immediately.

Risk Free Trial – The first instance of a particular product may be returned in used condition. This allows customers to be 100% confident in their LuxeMED purchase.

Incorrect Product / Dead on Arrival – In the unlikely event that an incorrect or damaged product is shipped to you please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for return of the incorrect product and sending of the correct item to you. If in the unlikely occurrence we do not have a replacement product available, a full refund will be extended.
All products must be packed in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. For DOA/Damaged Goods a freight charge refund is offered to customers, equal to the amount paid at the time of ordering. Replacement of DOA products will be at our expense. All returned goods will be checked by our warehouse and logistics team prior to replacement.
Unwanted Goods – If you wish to return a product you may do so by contacting our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of the product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You (the buyer) will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Unwanted Goods (within 30days) – If you have purchased the item and decide that you do not require it (within 30 days of purchase), we may offer a complete refund on the item. Freight charges are not refundable. Returned items in this category must be unused and in “as new” and “saleable” condition with original packaging intact and all accessories returned.
Risk Free trial period – The 1st instance SKU of a multiple SKU order may be returned in used condition; however it should be free of contaminants and be contained in original packaging and accessories. This is intended to permit customers to trial the 1st instance of a product, prior to opening the complete order. This allows the customer to ensure complete product satisfaction and confidence in LuxeMED Podiatry Instruments products ordered. Offer applicable to the 1st used SKU of a multiple SKU unit order. Offer available once, per each SKU, per customer. LuxeMED reserves the right to refuse this offer to prevent abuse.
Unwanted Goods (after 30 days) – If you have purchased the item and decide that you do not require it, we may offer a refund less a restocking fee of 20% on the cost of the item. Freight charges are not refundable. Returned items in this category must be unused and in “as new” and “saleable” condition with original packaging intact and all accessories returned.
Freight charges on the returned goods will be at Buyer’s expense. We advise for goods to be packaged with care and sent registered post or with a tracking number so any missing parcels can be traced. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have items returned to LuxeMED Podiatry Instruments in the same optimal condition that they are sent. Liability for goods damaged on return transit lies firmly with the buyer. Under exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to refuse return of goods. Please carefully consider your purchase prior to payment.
Warranty issues outside the first 7 days – Warranty issues beyond initial receipt. Please contact us with details of the problem; often these can be easily resolved through communication with our technical support team. Telephone support is provided to assist with any technical issues to minimise the need for returns. All items returned during this time will be at the customer’s expense.
If a warranty claim must be progressed, the return freight charges may be the responsibility of the customer – these will be advised by a LuxeMED Podiatry Instruments team member at the time of authorisation of the return. Please ensure that any warranty documents are retained at time of purchase. Certain manufacturers will not cover warranties without these documents being returned to them.
Warranty Referrals – Certain products and manufacturers require LuxeMED to refer all cases of warranty claims. These referrals are designed to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and by the most experienced service professionals.
Should you feel that our team LuxeMED Podiatry Instruments have not addressed or resolved a matter in an efficient and acceptable manner please contact us. The LuxeMED team prides itself on its high level customer service and support. We will take all necessary actions within the bounds of our terms to support all customers.

Clinical Furniture Warranty
LUXEMED PROVIDES A BACK TO BASE WARRANTY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us strictly within 7 days in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org You have the right to reject delivery of any goods that may not be deemed acceptable. Any claims after 7 days will strictly not be accepted and any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.
All products sold on this website are intended for use by professionals and not for use by members of the general public except under the direct supervision of a trained professional – LuxeMED and the hosts of this website accept no responsibility for and exclude any and all liability in connection with the use or misuse of any products purchased on this website.
LuxeMED offers a 5 Year Structural Warranty on some of our FURNITURE products. The warranty includes:-
Steel structural frame elements are warranted against breakage for a period of (5) years.
Timber frames and steel insert frames are also warranted against breakage for a period of (5) years.
WARRANTY OF FOAM
Seat and back inserts including foam inserts are warranted for a period of 12 months. Loss of foam resiliency should not be confused with softening of foam or stretched covers, which may result from normal use. Owners of upholstered furniture should also expect foam to compact over time.
WARRANTY OF UPHOLSTERY
Our upholstery is warranted against tearing, seam slippage, fraying and cracking for a period of 12 months to 24 months depending on the item sold.
The warranty does not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading or shrinkage and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident.
The warranty does not cover normal fading, damage due to improper use, damage from lack of required caution and/or regular care and maintenance.
The warranty does not include stretching of fabric. This is normal and results from normal use. Exposure of fabric to direct sunlight or extreme light sources will cause fading and damage and is not covered by the warranty.
LuxeMED assumes no warranty obligations for defects arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, acts of God, negligence, misuse, abuse, shipping/handling or alteration of the products.
1 YEAR WARRANTY MECHANISM / HYDRAULIC PUMPS
Recliner mechanism’s including steel springs are warranted against breakage for a period of (1) year. Please note that this does not cover any type of minor sound or noise in the mechanism or unevenness in swivel mechanisms. This is normal and the result of general use.
Hydraulic pumps are warranted for a period of (1) year unless otherwise stated on the product page.
1 YEAR WARRANTY ELECTRICAL
Warranty period for defects of new motors and related parts are (1) year unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Proper cleaning and making sure all fasteners are tightened must be performed regularly. Check and tighten all bolts, screws and knobs every (4) months on furniture.
Regular dusting with a damp, clean cloth and the use of appropriate cleaning and protection products performed every (4) months.
Soiled areas of upholstery should immediately be cleaned with appropriate cleaners. Do not use any cleaners that contain kerosene, silicon and/or solvents.
TO MAKE A CLAIM
Claims under this warranty will require dated proof of purchase, the product tracking number and receipt of the registered warranty, plus photographic images to support the claim. The claim should be made promptly following the discovery of any alleged defect.
Transportation to and from the retailer is the responsibility of the purchaser, including loss of time and packing.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE CONDITIONS, LUXEMED MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED OR SUPPLIED ON THIS WEBSITE. LUXEMED AND THE HOSTS OF THIS WEBSITE, THEREFORE, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING BUT NO LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT OF THIS SERVICE, OUR PRODUCTS OR ANY MATERIALS.
EXCEPT IN RESPECT OF PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE, LUXEMED AND THE HOSTS OF THIS WEBSITE HEREBY EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, DEMANDS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT OF ANY INFORMATION AND/OR SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, COMPENSATORY DAMAGES OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA WHETHER BASED ON A BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, DEFICIT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the LuxeMED site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the LuxeMED site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the LuxeMED site without written permission from LuxeMED.
We reserve the right to terminate immediately your ability to use any of our internet services at any time.
These terms and conditions of purchase constitute the entire agreement between us and you relating to the purchase of our products and supersedes all other agreements or understandings between us and you.
Failure or neglect on our part to enforce at any time any of the provisions in these terms and conditions shall not be construed nor shall be deemed to be a waiver of our rights hereunder nor in any way effect the validity of the whole or any part of these terms and conditions nor prejudice our rights to take subsequent action.
If any provision in these terms and conditions is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable by any competent authority such terms and conditions shall to that extent be severed from the rest of the provision of these terms and conditions which will remain in full force and effect. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
